There are various contribution levels and clubs, in which you can join; and with Wellness Wishes providing various programs and services under their four branches of impact, there’s sure to be a cause close to your heart. Contributor
Become a member of the Wellness Wishes family by contributing $1 to $249 to any of the above funds and receive special recognition in the annual report.
Recurring
Contributor
Become a member of the Wellness Wishes family by setting up a recurring monthly or annual contribution to any of the above funds; contribution is completely customizable. Recurring givers will receive special recognition in the annual report and have access to members-only newsletters and reports.
Major Impact
Contributor
Become a member of the Wellness Wishes family by contributing a minimum $10,000, all of which is completely customizable based on your wish to where these funds will do the most good. Benefits are customizable as well and can include membership in one or multiple of our contribution clubs or may stand alone as a major impact contributor and wish grantor.
Corporate
Sponsorships
Corporations & business entities can join the Wellness Wishes family by sponsoring a cause close to both our hearts. Corporate sponsorships are completely customizable & can contribute to a specific person, initiative or program component, or generally, to a particular fund. Sponsorships come with customized benefits for the organization, and always come with a special mention on our sponsorships page on the website and in the annual report. More info below.
CLUBS
Young Professionals Club
If you are a young professional under the age of 40 and wish to become a member of our family, contribute a minimum of $250 to become a FOUNDING member of our ‘Young Professionals Club’. Benefits vary, including mention in our annual report, as well as on our Young Professionals Club page on the website, inclusion in our members-only newsletters and reports, invitations to special events and more. In becoming a member of the Young Professionals Club, your contribution can go to any, or a combination of, the above-mentioned funds. The following ranks define contribution levels:

First Responder Club
Join Wellness Wishes in addressing an important cause: Our nation’s fearless warriors, first responders. Becoming a FOUNDING member of the ‘First Responders Club’ comes with a contribution of $250 or more. Benefits vary, including mention in our annual report, as well as on our First Responders Club page on the website, inclusion in our members-only newsletters and reports, invitations to special events and more. In becoming a member of the First Responders Club, your contribution can go to any, or a combination of, the first responder-specific funds (Rescued Wishes, General Catalyst). The following ranks define contribution levels:
One Shield Level - $250 - $499

Becoming a FOUNDING member of the ‘Love for Living Creatures Club’ comes with a contribution of $250 or more. Benefits vary, including mention in our annual report, as well as on our Love for Living Creatures Club page on the website, inclusion in our members-only newsletters and reports, special keepsakes, invitations to special events and more. In becoming a member of the Love for Living Creatures Club, your contribution can go to any, or a combination of, the animal-specific funds (Animal Rescue & Pet Therapy, Rescued Wishes, General Catalyst).
