Become a member of the Wellness Wishes family by contributing a minimum $10,000 to the Teller County Project. Major Contributors will receive special recognition on the website and at the facility.

Sponsorships
Corporations & business entities can join the Wellness Wishes family by sponsoring the Teller County Project. Corporate sponsorships are completely customizable & are tax exempt. Sponsorships come with customized benefits for the organization, and will receive special recognition on the website and at the facility.

First Responder Club
Join Wellness Wishes in addressing an important cause: Our nation’s fearless warriors, first responders. Becoming a member of the ‘First Responders Club’ comes with a contribution of $250 or more. Benefits vary, including mention in our annual report, as well as on our website, invitations to special events, first responder care package, special mention on the Teller County First Responder Training facility and more. The following ranks define contribution levels:
One Shield Level - $250 - $499
Two Shield Level - $500 - $999
Three Shield Level - $1,000 - $4,999
Four Shield Level - $5,000+
Corporate Sponsorship Club
Corporations and business entities can join the Wellness Wishes family by sponsoring a cause close to both our hearts, First Responders. Corporate sponsorships are completely customizable and can encompass a financial contribution, goods, services, or a combination thereof. Sponsorships come with customized benefits for the organization, and can include, but not be limited to, mention in our annual report and on the website, invitations to special events, first responder corporate partner care package, special mention on the Teller County First Responder Training facility and more.

PROVIDER CONTRIBUTIONS
Wellness Wishes is the perfect vehicle to easily and efficiently reclaim lost revenue for local hospitals and healthcare facilities, while generating much-needed funds for the communities in which they serve.
Get involved to recoup lost, unrealized money for your healthcare organization, while financially contributing to the Teller County First Responder Project with no out-of-pocket expenses. Your involvement will provide a state-of-the-art training facility for 20 local first responder departments, while generating and maximizing revenue for your own organization and philanthropic efforts.
